lyrics
13th May 1985
On that day the fire rained from the sky
The smoke rose to blacken the sun
A dark omen of things to come
Cruel like knives
Your words and actions
Tore and defiled
A celebration of life
Exposing the lies
Buried beneath the surface
Dragged them into the light
Beat down the broken hearted
The innocent were consumed whole
An endless cycle set to repeat and repeat and repeat
It was an act of legalised genocide
Orchestrated by the thin blue line
A people held in contempt
Divisive and grotesque
Suffocated the flames of your hateful heart
Beat down the broken hearted
The innocent were consumed whole
And you chose to let them burn
You let them Burn
What made them turn and walk into the fire?
I think you fucking know, I think you fucking know
A beaten dog has no choice but to bite
no more than vermin in your eyes
It was a planned execution
They bow dropped to crush an uprising
Let the fire burn
Consume us all

But what transpires ends up being a much more progressive effort that integrates this aforementioned menacing aggression into compositions more akin to the likes of The Ritual Aura, Exocrine, and Enfold Darkness.
